Designing, building and installing a custom marina is not an easy process. Our experience goes back over 30 years to the construction of large oil rigs and refineries, where safety, reliability and functionality were paramount. Today we still apply the same high standards to the building of our custom marinas and we use the same industry quality materials. From start to finish, safety and reliability are our priorities.

Site Inspection

We are committed to working with you to bring your lake living ideas and dreams to life. First, we have to inspect the location to determine to best solution for a safe marina to be installed. Once the engineering inspection has been completed, we move to the design phase. This is where we combine your goals with the unique challenges presented by your property to design a custom marina just right for you.

Design and Build

Our engineering team will ensure that your marina is designed to your exact needs, our specifications, and built to the highest safety standard. The building and fabrication process can takes several weeks so you will be provided with regular progress updates including permitting approvals if required.

Delivery

Each new marina goes through a complete and thorough safety and operation inspection to ensure that everything is working the way it was designed to. Additionally, all permits and certificates are handled by Dock Works of Lake Travis on your behalf to provide you peace of mind.

It's important to keep your marina safe and in great working order. At Dock Works of Lake Travis we do all types of marina maintenance work, including flotation and deck repair, leveling adjustments, and structural repair. Our monthly maintenance contracts include marina adjustments to keep up with the ever-changing lake level.

We also offer emergency services in the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Our lake-accessible shop has custom welding and construction, so our team is able to meet any challenge your marina presents.

One of Austin's oldest and few remaining sailboat only marinas on Lake Travis.

Siesta Shores Marina offers 62 slips, dry storage, and a publicly accessible boat ramp.

Waterford Marina

Located in Lago Vista on the north shore of Lake this marina has 80 covered boat slips.

The Reserve at Lake Travis

This golf-cart accessible marina has 160 boat slips and can accommodate boats up to 80 feet.
