The client's property was on a steep hill next to the lake. He wanted to have the ability to access the water by way of a stairway. He approached several local dock and marina companies but was turned away becasue they believed that the inline was too steep to build on. Dock Works engineered a custom stairway with stone and crushed granite gravel pathways, to criss-cross his property. This created a gradual descent and minimized the necessity to cut down many trees. It's truly one of a kind.
